Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read very carefully these terms and conditions before using Invelsoft LLC services. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please close your browser and do not proceed with ordering or using the services.

1. All products mentioned on the website bears an annual commitment and no refund would be initiated in case of cancellation of products once purchased.
2. The company will not be held responsible for any loss of data after the cancellation of services.

The account has to be cancelled by following the process outlined here: To cancel, send an email to info@invelsoft.com from your registered e-mail address that we have on file.

Term
The Agreement’s “Term” is comprised of the Initial Term and any Renewal Term (each, as defined below):

1. Monthly Plan Agreement Term. For monthly plans, the “Initial Term” is defined as the period from the date of the Recipient’s initial payment or execution of this Agreement, whichever occurs earlier, until the thirtieth (30th) day thereafter. “Renewal Terms” for monthly plans, are defined as the thirty (30) days period beginning at the end of the Initial. Term and each subsequent thirty (30) days period thereafter.
2. Prepaid Yearly Plan Agreement Term. For prepaid yearly plans, the “Initial Term” is defined
   as the period from the date of the Recipient’s initial payment or execution of this Agreement, whichever occurs earlier, through the end of the twelve (12) calendar month period thereafter. “Renewal Terms” for prepaid yearly plans are defined as the twelve (12) months period beginning at the end of the Initial Term and each subsequent twelve (12) months period thereafter.
3. Defined Term Plan Agreement Term. For defined term plan plans, the “Initial Term” is
   defined as the period from the date of the Recipient’s initial payment or execution of this Agreement, whichever occurs earlier, until such time as the Recipient agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement in accordance with Invelsoft LLC registration process.

Renewal

“Renewal Terms” for defined term plan are defined as the twelve (12) months period beginning at the end of the Initial Term and each subsequent twelve (12) months period thereafter.

Automatic Renewal. This Agreement shall renew automatically at the end of the Initial
Term and each Renewal Term unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement either by the Recipient or by Invelsoft LLC .

Taxes
The Recipient shall be solely liable for taxes, governmental fees and assessments to be paid related to fees and charges arising under this Agreement or in connection with the Services.

Invelsoft LLC shall however collect the Recipient for any taxes applicable on goods and services provided hereunder. The Recipient shall also pay all taxes, fees, and assessments of any nature associated with products or services sold through the use of or with the aid of the Services.

We do not accept any unauthorized cancellation/ termination of your important services. The default credit card holder should send us a cancellation request from their registered email address with a copy of their credit card and an official picture identification such as driving license otherwise cancellation will not be processed and all the service charges would be levied as it is.

Refund:
No refunds are issued for the purchased products.

1) INVELSOFT LLC Reserves the Right to Issue/Deny Refund.
2) We do not issue refunds for Digital Professional services once the order is confirmed, and the project was moved into the planning phase. A refund is not possible for work already completed.
3) No partial reimbursements for projects in the middle of the way through their milestone phases.
4) In Case of Any Refund(Which Depends on Invelsoft LLC), Merchant Fees of 3.50% (Total Sale Amount) Will be Deducted.

Microsoft Office is an Product of Microsoft Which Includes Applications Like Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word. Microsoft 365 License Can be for 1 Year or for Lifetime.
